The Creative Works Division is responsible for all creative decisions within Manufacturing Projects. Comprising three branches, it strives to deliver the best possible experience for all players, both new and returning. Unlike the Development Operations Division, the Creative Works Division is led solely by the Creative Director and works closely with all departments and other Manufacturing Branches to uphold the quality and consistency of Manufacturing Projects.

The Quality Assurance Branch is made up of testers who assure that quality of all Manufacturing Department Projects are up to standards. Members of the Quality Assurance Team are expected to not only report bugs, but also to thrive to locate, replicate, and understand bugs and how they happen.
Branch Entrance
Applications to the Quality Assurance Branch are every six months. Any member who has been in the group for more than one month is eligible to apply.

Rotational Assurance Team
The Rotational Assurance Team are made up of the new members to the brach. Picked via applications hosted every six months, they are new and inexperienced members of the branch. They are not trusted to test compartmented or classified items such as new anomalies or features. Rotational Assurance Members are expected to look for bugs in the live version of the game, and respond to the occasional test of an update.
While Rotational Assurance Members are not trusted to all Development Content, they are granted access to staging for stress-testing or testing minor patches/updates.
Every six months the Rotational Assurance Team is purged. During the purges select members of the Rotational Assurance Team batch will be selected to be moved into the Static Assurance Team by Assurance Supervisors and the Board of Directors.
Purged Rotational Assurance Members CANNOT reapply for a Rotational Member Position for six months.

Static Assurance Team
The Statis Assurance Team are made up of trusted and experienced members of the branch. These members secussfully caught the eyes of the Board of Directors and Assurance Supervisors and are trusted to test all aspect of projects. Static Assurance Team members are expected to be role-models for the Rotational Assurance Team and thus are held to higher standards on activity and responsibility.

Assurance Supervisors
Assurance Supervisors are the senior personnel within the Quality Assurance Branch. They are granted access to the Command Team under the Development Operations Division and are responsible for coordinating testing operations with both developers and development operations staff. Owing to the high level of trust placed in them, Assurance Supervisors are entrusted with testing the most sensitive and critical issues within active projects.

While Assurance Supervisors are within the Command Team inside of Development Operations, they are not granted the rank of Senior Developer.
The Design & Concepts Branch is a branch made up of designers who create the future plan for development, and plan all Manufacturing Department Projects. This Branch works closely with the Lore & Stories Branch and the Art Branch of the Development Operations Division. Members of this branch are expected to be able to create quality concepts for future projects/updates, while still concidering views from parties within the community. The Design & Concepts Branch also review community suggestions for insight on future projects/updates. While the Board of Directors have to accept all proposed plans, the Design & Concepts Branch makes said plans in the image suggested by the communtiy.
The Design & Concepts Branch is the only branch without a command structure, all personnel within the branch hold the same authority over eachother to prevent issues while making ideas and plans.

Applications to the Design & Concept Branch are opened periodically as needed. Any member who has been in the group for more than six months is eligible to apply.
The Lore & Stories Branch is a branch made up talented community members who create the lore for the group. Outside of making the lore and stories for the group, members of the Lore & Stories Branch conduct Lore Events and orginize Lore Actors/Anomaly Actors in order to create an immersive gameplay experience for players.

Lore Production Team
The Lore Production Team is made up of Lore Authors who specialize in crafting stories and developing the group’s lore. They are expected to create content based on pre-planned plotlines, designing narratives that are immersive, engaging, and challenging to uncover.

Lore Coordination Team
The Lore Coordination Team is made up of Lore Authors who specialize in organizing lore events and coordinating with Anomaly and Lore Actors on-site. Members of this team are expected to maintain clear and effective communication with both the Development Operations Division and Anomaly Actors, ensuring smooth collaboration without conflict.

Lore Advisory Board
The Lore Advisory Board is a group of individuals who serve as liaisons between their respective parent departments and the Lore & Stories Branch. The board allows for greater input from invited departments, ensuring their perspectives and narratives are represented within Agartha’s lore.
The Lore Advisory Board is made up of the following personnel;
- Anomaly Actor Executive+
- Development Operations Senior Developer+1
- Office of External Relations Directorate
- Overwatch Command Personnel

Anomaly & Lore Actors
While Anomaly & Lore Actors are a separate entity from both the Lore & Stories Branch and the Manufacturing Department as a whole, the Lore & Stories Branch still plays an important role in their operations. Lore authors, regardless of their assigned branch, are expected to maintain communication with actors to support the natural evolution of characters and anomalies, and to assist with any questions or concerns the actors may have.
Anomaly Actors and thus Lore Actors are a completely seperate enity to the Manufacturing Department. The Manufacturing Department has no direct authority over their operations.

Senior Lore Authors
Senior Lore Authors are the lead personnel within the Lore & Stories Branch. They are granted access to the Command Team under the Development Operations Division and are responsible for coordinating the development of lore-related content, as well as assisting in the planning and execution of lore events. Senior Lore Authors are also entrusted with the authority to issue Event Bans, Radio Mutes, and Lore Event Blacklists in accordance with External Moderation regulations.
