The Development Operations Division forms the core of the Manufacturing Department. Comprised of all the group's developers and command personnel, it is responsible for the development of all projects within the group. The division is structured into multiple branches, which are further divided into specialized teams. Each branch and team focuses on different areas of development, such as scripting, building, SFX design, GFX design, and more.
Division Entrance
The Development Operations Division is always accepting new members. To apply, submit a resume to any member of the Board of Directors for consideration.
The Technical Branch is the biggest branch out of the two branches, lead by the Techincial Director, members of the Technical Branch build, script, and models assets and systems for assigned projects. This branch is made up of four teams; The Scripting team, the building team, the modeling team, and the 3D animation team.

Scripting Team
The Scripting Team is a team made up of programmers who specialize in coding programs such as luau, javascript, html, and more. Members of this team are usually the final members working on a project and thus depend on all the other teams in the Techincial Branch in order to complete their tasks.

Building Team
The Building Team is a team made up of builders who specialize in building games inside of Roblox Studio. Members of these teams are usally constantly working to create new areas and fix errors in existant areas. While this team dosesn't depend on other teams to conduct their duties, they work closely with the Modeling Team to optimize and create new areas.

Modeling Team
The Modeling Team is a team made up of modelers who specialize in creating models such as anomalies or props. The Modeling team is usually the first step of any new content, and thus are expected to work smoothly and produce quality content. While this team doesn't depend on other teams to conduct their duties, they work closely with the Building Team to optimize areas, and create new props and decorations for use in building.

Animation Team
The 3D Animation Team is a team made up of animators who specialize in animating 3D objects such as anomalies, characters, or tools. The 3D Animation team is usally the second step of any new content, and thus are expected to work smoothly and work closely with the Modeling Team to flush out any errors with models to ensure quality animations are achieved.

The Art Branch is the smaller branch within the Development Branch, lead by the Art Director, members of the Art Branch create works like Voicelines, Sound Effects, Visual Effects, and much more. This branch works very closely with the Creative Works Division to create lore, and concept art for designs. The Art Branch is seperated into three branches; The VFX team, the GFX team, and the SFX team.

VFX Team
The Visual Effects Team, also known as the VFX team, is made up of artists who specialize in creating visual effects such as Muzzle Flashes for guns, explosion effects, and more. They work closely with the Scripting Team of the Techinical Branch to make sure the effects they are making are what is needed, and are able to be implemented into the game.

GFX Team
The Graphical Design Team, also known as the GFX team, is made up of artists who specialize in creating 2D art and 3D Renders. Arits inside of this team most commonly make designs for in-game UIs, decorations, and renders for teasers. They also sometimes work with the Creative Works Division to create content for the Lore & Stories Team and concept art for the Design Team.

SFX Team
The Sound Effects Team, also known as the SFX team, is made up of artists who specialize in creating voicelines and sound effects for the group. While these artists most commonly produce content for in-game projects, they also help create content for the Lore & Stories Team.

The Command Team is made up of the Senior Developers and Senior Members of all Manufacturing Department Divisons. They work to create a better working envoriment for players and Manufacturing Staff alike. They also work as liasions to foward important information and coordinate development operations.

Senior Personnel
Senior Personnel are the bulk of the Command Team. They work to coordinate operations between their team, and are the ones who oversee and assign tasks to Developers, Artists, and other Mmanufacturing Staff. Senior Personnel are granted extra authority in-game in order to conduct their highen duties, but hold no authority in group politics and operations.

Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is a board of four high-ranking manufacturing personnel who oversee a division of the Manufacturing Department. Members of the Board of Directors are the only personnel within the Manufacturing Department who hold authority over the politics of the group. They are entrusted to review all Proposals from the Administrative Offices that refrence development in any way. They are also allowed to deny/accept requests from departments for new content in-game. Director Postions include the Techinical Director, the Art Director, the Creative Director, and the Studio Director.

Studio Director
The last Director Position inside of the Board of Directors is the Studio Director, unlike the other three board members, the Studio Director oversees all operations of the Manufacturing Department. The Studio Director position is also considered apart of Overwatch Command at the same level as a Site Director, allowing them to vote and give input on Overwatch Proposals as an advisor to development.
