# Confientiality of Information

Compliance with the Non-Disclosure Agreement is required for all members of the Manufacturing Department unless otherwise stated. Information within the department cannot be shown, disussed, or otherwise leaked to members of the Public. Exemptions to this may be made by a member of the Board of Directors as per the Non-Disclosure Agreement.

Intentionally Leaking Manufacturing Information will result in an immediate Group Blacklist.
Unintentionally Leaking Manufactuing Information will result in a minimum punishment of a Suspension.

# Loophole Policy

Rules and regulations cannot account for every possible scenario, and there may be unintended methods to bypass them. However, any deliberate attempt to exploit said bypasses is strictly forbidden and will result in a higher punishment being issued.

Intentionally circumventing restrictions to avoid punishment will result in a minimum punishment of a Suspension.
Intentionally encouraging other Manufacturing Staff to violate rules using loopholes via gas-lighting, misinformation, or lying will result in an immediate Exile.
